Nice find on that shirt Dan, that is actually a somewhat rarer version which was given away by promoters rather than sold at the venue. A good price as well.
Sadly Ebay is mostly fake shirts these days including the one worn by the guy celeb in the picture further down the thread. There are a decent handful of designs that were sold by "punters" (is that the right term?) outside venues especially in the UK that are being remade and sold as originals that are complete shams. All the shirts where the band or Jon look like bad caricatures are complete shit.
I have spent a lot of time and money and research on tour shirts and we have more than 300, mostly pre-2000

Here in the USA, Jovi licensed a shirt with the Forever skull loge, a variation on a few late 80's classics to Junk Food and they were sold at Hot Topic stores and a few other places a few years ago.

Interesting. They seem to have done this one as well:
http://coolspotters.com/clothing/jun...-style-t-shirt

And this one: http://www.sweetnsourtees.com/junkfo...ert-shirt.aspx

I buy most of my regular t-shirts from the US website but never came across one.
Edit: Now that i actually Google for them (rather than just use their own website) I seem to find loads.

Also, not sure you mean the Monsters of Rock one being fake. Not that I really care, but if it is fake, it's one of the best damn fake t-shirts I've ever seen

Had that one as a sweatshirt,it was 89 though. Skid row, Vixen and Europe were the support acts, although when Europe were on the sun was right behind the stage and as there was no curtain at the back I couldn't see a feckin thing!
Great day out though,Steve tyler and joe perry came on with Jovi!

As I wrongly posted in the wrong topic:
http://www.drycounty.com/jovitalk/sh...=1#post1091776

Is there an Index of all official Bon Jovi tour-t-shirts? Would be great to see one, maybe with stories behind each of them or something like that.

I tend to like NJ era tshirts the most, don't have any though, they're way too dear on ebay!

Cool t-shirt. In the 80s and 90s BJ had great t-shirts.
