We have the same tracks but in different order. I haven't listened to it yet, so I don't know which version of In These Arms it is. I'll post as soon as I listen to it.
The only one with the instrumental version has the catalogue number: PHCR-1301
And is released under Mercury Records

Again, if I'm not wrong

Wow, firstly I must say I am impressed with your site! Just great!

On your site there are two versions of On A Full Moon:

The Japanesse one from 1994:
01. Awakening
02. It's A Long Road
03. On A Full Moon
04. April
05. Kissed By An Angel
06. Endless Horizon (a dedication to Horowitz)
07. In These Arms (instrumental version)
08. Lullaby For Two Moons
09. Interlude
10. Midnight Voodoo
11. Room Full Of Blues
12. Hear Our Prayer
13. Summer Of Dreams
14. Up The River
15. Netherworld Waltz

So this is the same one as Becky's.

The second is the USA version:
01. Awakening
02. It's A Long Road
03. On A Full Moon
04. April
05. Kissed By An Angel
06. Endless Horizon (a dedication to Horowitz)
07. Lullaby For Two Moons
08. Interlude
09. Midnight Voodoo
10. Room Full Of Blues
11. Hear Our Prayer
12. Summer Of Dreams
13. Up The River
14. Netherworld Waltz
15. In These Arms (vocal version)

The difference is with In These Arms - on Japanesse version it is instrumental and Track 7, on USA version it is vocal and moved at the end to Track 15.

But my version is different from these two above. Here's the tracklist:
1. Awakening
2. In These Arms
3. It's a Long Road
4. On A Full Moon
5. April
6. Kissed by an Angel
7. Endless Horizon [A Dedication to Horowitz]
8. Lullaby for Two Moons
9. Interlude
10. Midnight Voodoo
11. Room Full of Blues
12. Hear Our Prayer
13. Summer of Dreams
14. Up the River
15. Netherworld Waltz

So in comparison to the previous two versions, In These Arms is not Track 7, not Track 15, but Track 2. Don't know yet which version (instrumental or vocal).
As to the artwork, it is almost the same as the USA version (even the same number - 720907-2001-2), - the order of songs is of course different, but also, on the back of the cover under the label:
ID
Ignition Distribution

there is no more information (in opposite to the USA and Japanesse versions, which have a few liner notes at the bottom).

So, what do you think about my version? I just got it from Amazon.

All I can think of is "interesting".
It may be a first release and might really be from 1994, but honestly I don't know what to think. Haven't seen one like that before.

Wikipedia has got the 14 track version listed
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/On_a_Full_Moon

Maybe someone else has come across another version like yours but it was actually interesting to me as a few years back when I ordered mine, I also found 2 versions one 15 and one 14 tracks so I ordered the 15 tracks but never got to know if the 14 track edition really exists or if it's a typo...

It seems to me there are at least 4 versions:

1. the Japanesse version,
2.the USA version
both as posted above.

3. Becky said of her friend's version, which was from Canada. I found the link and it may be this one:
http://www.allcdcovers.com/show/1381...retail_cd/back
The picture is in the middle, click on download to enlarge it.
If you look at the notes, it says it's from Canada.

4. Verison which I've got (sorry, no scanner around).
It has the tracklist as the Canadian version, but the catalogue number on Canadian is different (76974 2064-2). My has the same catalogue number as the USA version (720907-2001-2).
Also, my cover is the same as the USA version (except of course the track order) and except that there are no notes on the back of the cover under the
ID
Ignition Distribution

Also, there is no any date on the cover 1995 or 1994, only on the disc itself.

So, if anyone happens to know something more about the 4th version, please share.

OK here's what I think I have figured out.

1st version is Canadian released independantly in 1994 15 tracks vocal ITA, pressing of 250 copies, very rare sold by mail order and independant shops only, the back cover has a printing error omitting a song which makes people think there is another version. Many of these versions ended up in Japan by mail order, the "mistake" was marketed as a bonus track and some copies were sold at ridiculous prices.

Versions 2 thru 4 were made at approximately the same time, (early 95 I think, too busy to dig out binders of newsletters), pre-These Days,

2nd version is offered by Backstage USA 15 tracks vocal ITA they offered all copies to be autographed by Dave and sold out pretty quickly, same version as #1 other than minor packaging changes - I think this is Crash 's version. 1000 copies. Most copies were not autographed as the demand was too high.

3rd version is identical to #2 except printed in Canada with a slightly reordered tracklist 1000 copies and agan sold through independant stores.
Sales were pretty poor and when Backstage ran out of #2, they began sending out #3 instead, though it was not autographed.

4th version is the Japan edition which included the instrumental version as a concession to the Japanese government, which does not allow a Japanese release to match any other countries release for tax purposes.

Hope that is not too confusing.
Dave
