I don't think we can add Bon Jovi to this statement (otherwise Mr. Snider) would have.

Bon Jovi never left. KISS did. People aren't going to these shows for just nastoligic sake; they are going because they enjoy the new tunes. I'd be perfectly content to go to a show and only hear CRUSH or BOUNCE music as any true, loyal fan would.

Now, no question, Bon Jovi is still a punch line in many circles, but those same people who make jokes are right there when "You Give Love A Bad Name" is only the radio and they would certainly accept tickets to the show.

Bon Jovi is no longer an 80's band. They've changed with the times and so has their music. KISS admitted to being a novelty; Bon Jovi didn't and won't.
