Why is speculating about what Richie/Denise/Jon/Tico's granny thinks about anything any different to the arguments and discussions that go on here where people suggest what others are thinking when, in fact, they clearly have no idea?

I'm not condoning it but it doesn't hurt or offend anybody does it...

I reckon stuff like this should be able to be discussed if people really want to but that Peter should create a separate forum for it so that it doesn't necessarily get such a negative response from members who don't want to read about it. Maybe a 'Band News' section or something....?

Personally, I have no problem with other people talking about stuff like this probably because I take this thread in context with the overall picture that Richie has had an extremely hard time of it lately which, for fans of the band, is relevant and important. It's when topics digress on to stupid backstage themes, the likes of which I will not utter here, that is a real cause for backlash.
