The all request hour, the girl in the front row has just asked for Blood on Blood, ok, Merry Christmas young lady!" Amazing <3

Now, before you make such a statemnet have you ever listened to any HAir Metal album???
If yes, then you have an ear problem. Tell me ONE OTHER HAIR METAL album that has a drak mood. That has dark riffs and such bass. I call 7800 THE ONLY NOT HAIR METAL ALBUM MADE BY A HAIR BAND IN THE 80s.
Hair Metal is characterized by being funny, by catchy choruses that just make you smile.
Now tell me you can smile by Hardest part is The Night Or Only Lonely.
7800 is definetly not a typica HAIR album and beside In And Out Of Love and Tokyo Road I can;t think of any song that gets close o Hair Metal.

Bon Jovi ~ Good debut. I loved Runaway. Like Mouse, it's the song that got me into Bon Jovi.

7800 ~ Better than it gets credit for being. A little underrated, even though there is room for improvement.

Slippery ~ This one did it for me. I fell fast and hard and never looked back. :P Now when I listen to it, it does sound a little cheesy on some songs, but I like cheese.

New Jersey ~ The best there is, the best there was, the best there ever will be...at least for Bon Jovi albums. Not a song I don't like. I still listen to it regularly.

KTF ~ Great comeback. Showed them as more serious musicians. Liked it then, love it now.

These Days ~ Second to only New Jersey in my heart. Honestly, I hated this album when it first came out. Then, I listened to it about 6 months later and just fell in love with it. I think there are some great songs there. It showed they were capable of making a mature album.

Crush ~ It's OK. Some really good songs, but some crap ones too.

Bounce ~ Why?? Why, why, why, why, why did they ever record this album. I remember listening to it in the car with Mike right after it came out and he told me to turn this sh*t off. LOL. A couple of good songs lost to an album otherwise filled with garbage.

TLFR ~ Well, it's a new sound, that's for sure. Greatest hits with just too much of a twist...I would rather have had an acoustic album any day.

BON JOVI: kickass riffs , stupid, stupid lyrics
7800:Amazing riffs, unbelivable bass, great drumms, just amazing vocals, some cool lyrics. The most revolutionary album made by anu 80s hair band IMO.
SLIPPERY WHEN WET: Whatever album contains Wanted Dead Or Alive kicks ass. Beside Wanted: COOL POP-METAL with some very good riffs and some intresting vocals and lyrics.
NEW JERSEY: HArd Rock at it's best. THE 80s ALBUM nr1.
KEEP THE FAITH: I don't know how a comeback album can sound in a different way. Amzing instrumentals. Amzing vocals and even some poetry. Jovi kicked it.
THESE DAYS: i can't resume it to SOME word....
CRUSH: i like it now better than 4 years ago. Actually I thinl all songs besdie IT'S MY LIFE, THANK YOU FOR LOVING ME, SAVE THE WORLD and SHE'S A MYSTERY are OK.And NEXT 100 YEARS ,ONE WILD NIGHT and SAY IT ISN'T SO just kick ass.

BOUNCE:WORTS BJ ALBUM. Only 2 good songs: Right Side OF Wrong and Undivided.

TLFR:Intresting. I said it before, beside IT'S MY LIFE and EVERYDAY every song has something cool. But somehow it's boring as an album and i don't know why i don't feel any desire to listen to it.

Bon Jovi - A good debut, could have been better, could have been worse.
7800 F - A great album, raw hard rock, future albums lacked in this.
Slippery - Something for everyone. Probably why it was so successful.
New Jersey - As good (better IMO) as SWW. 80's (pop) rock at its best.
Faith - Different sound, a decent move.
These Days - A side to Bon Jovi never heard before.
Crush - Like SWW had to bring in fans, it succeeded.
Bounce - Fewer tracks that were likeable compared to the other albums, but still the likeable tracks are great.
TLFR - I'm glad to have heard this album, I enjoyed it, but I'm also glad that it won't be the start of a new sound for Bon Jovi.

- #1 ‘Bon Jovi’ – the early ‘rumblings’
- #2 ‘7800* Fahrenheit’ – the imminent explosion
- #3 ‘Slippery when Wet’ – the ‘first eruption’ – There isn’t an artist/group alive who wouldn’t sell their grandmother to have one successful album like this - catapulted Bon Jovi in to megastar status
- #4 ‘New Jersey’ – the continuation of the ‘Slippery’ eruption.
- #5 ‘Keep the Faith’ – proof that this ‘volcano’ was only dormant, not extinct...the '2nd. eruption'
- #6 ‘Crossroads’ – …if this band was supposedly no longer relevant in the 90’s, who was buying this album?…
- #7 ‘These Days’ – the eruptions just keep coming.
- #8 ‘Crush’ – could we be seeing 'eruption no. 3'???...I think so
- #9 OWN - ...a lull phase
- #10 'Bounce' - the 'after shock' of previous eruptions [read 'after shock' as you will]
- #11 TLFR - all volcanoes have to have a 'breather'...
