The 90's were a step up for Bon Jovi from the garbage 80's... and certainly a step up for Jon.
Yeah and I think Jon was totally out of touch with his usual music at that time he was living in England. So he was not in any pressure from Record compny either. Just what he wanted is to create something which is very personl to him.
