IMHO Jon started sounding good on the HAND tour and has gotten continuously better. It's possible the guy is just taking better care of his voice now.

So there is the verdict. John smokes, Ritchie smokes(and drinks), Tico smokes, and David smoked a cigar on the TLFR poker game thingy. What great role models. At least they do a lot of charity work to make up for it.

I saw him smoking on a bar balcony while talking to John Rich after the Nashville show, so he was definitely still smoking then.

There you go. I didnīt know about Richie smoking, too.

Back on the These Days tour, I went to see them in Helsinki and I remember Jon smoking repeatedly on stage. He had to start Letting You Go twice because of voice problems, lighting a cigarette at the same time.

It just makes me sad to imagine how the last few albums would sound like if Jon wasnīt a smoker.
