one of the latest post asked if we like IF I WAS YOUR MOTHER....it seems everyone love it and being one of the favourite....in other post came out the fact the majority of the fans like songs like THESE DAYS, SOMETHING TO BELIEVE IN, DRY COUNTY, BLAME IT ON THE LOVE OF ROCK AND ROLL and so on....all songs they don'y care about and they don't play anymore....

do they know what fans like and how make them happy????

NO is the plain answer, I want fans to have parts of demos released so we can poll what songs we like , it would be an updated version of the pizza parlour jury.

They played them at least 3 times in Germany alone. They don't play These Days songs in the USA tough since the audience there doesn't want to hear it and the album flopped.

I heard that they've only played IF I WAS YOUR MOTHER once in a concert - is that true? If so, which lucky audience got to see that and in what year?

I have to agree with Thierry.
I can' understand why they don't play TD songs in every concert...If you hear one you can call yourself lucky.
I thought It was because of Jon's voice (most of TD songs are difficult to sing) but if this the problem they could play lower tunes or during their recent acoustic sets in some new versions...nothing! Also no these days songs in the last DVD.
If I was a journalist I'd ask them first..."What's your problem with these days?"

I’d like to hear again Dry county… I’ve heard this song three times and I have to say It’s always been amazing live

I believe they played it in Bethlehem and Toronto 92 or 93.

Cool - thanks Thierry. It would definitely be near the top of my list of revitalised tracks for the next tour! Fingers crossed........................

Maybe the band just doesn't like the album all that much.
:P

You could say the same things about songs from Bon Jovi, Fahrenheit, etc. Bon Jovi plays the all time hits like Prayer and Wanted mixed with songs from whatever album has just been released. There isn't much room left over for much else. Besides, they already did a tour for These Days, so don't expect to see a These Days II tour.
