You may as well just say that EVERY single Bon Jovi song is about living your life. Without exception. Would you agree with that statement?

FFS, some of you guys are just as bad as some of the Disturbed fans! I'm going over to a David Gray message board to see if there's this much bitching going on...

I think alot of us (myself included) are taking way too much stock about record sales in the US. Let's not forget, some of the biggest debuts ever belong to 'N Sync and the Backstreet Boys.

Not sure if any of you have heard of this band, the Marvelous 3. They've broken up, but these guys wrote some of the catchiest, coolest pop-rock songs I've ever heard. How those guys never hit it big, I still will never understand. However, you have absolute garbage like Good Charlotte, Bowling For Soup and crap like that that becomes huge. Those guys couldn't write or perform nearly as good a song as the Marvelous 3 did.

Point is - There's no accounting for good taste - At least not in the US.

All this whining about Disturbed just because they sold more albums than Bon Jovi this week. Boo-****ing-hoo. If BJ would´ve been #1, you wouldn´t give a flying **** about Disturbed. So if some other band/artist charts higher next week, are we going to see same kind of reaction as well? **** Kanye West, **** [insert artist name here].

Who cares? They didn't really say anything insulting toward Bon Jovi. I didn't read what their fans say, but their fans can't say anything more insulting toward Bon Jovi than the "Bon Jovi fans" here!

It's their moment of glory. Let them have it. Time will tell if they're still around in 20 years. Who was on the charts when New Jersey or Slippery When Wet was #1? Do the names New Kids on the Block, Rick Astley, and Tracy Champan ring any bells? The fact that Bon Jovi has the best selling CD in the WORLD this week should mean a lot more to us than the band who beat their sales in the US saying, "We didn't have to go on Oprah." I bet they would have if Oprah was interested in them to ask them to be on her show.

I agree with you, Stut. I didn't mean to start off an argument with you guys (as on page 2).. As i said before.. disturbed can have a nice day.. because we dont' care what they say.

I fully agree. I hate the songs on the charts at the mo (except Have a Nice Day).. They really aren't that special. I especially hate Ben Lee's "Catch my Disease". Can't STAND that song.
