Do you care if Bon Jovi get inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame?

Well? Do you? I know I don't.

I think they deserve to be, but i'm not holding a chip on my shoulder about it. It's kind of silly who they do and don't accept...

I do.

I went to RnR HOF in Cleveland last summer with my parents and while I really enjoyed the experience, it kinda sucked seeing my favorite band not being recognized (while others from the same era, like GNR, U2 and even RHCP were there), just because some idiots in an American megazine think they're not cool enough to be inducted.

Can there be a third option:

"I would rather them NOT be inducted in to the hall of fame?"

Why?
Excuses for even higher ticket prices, and endless boasting from Jon over the next decade. It's a joke as it is and I would rather not have one of my favorite bands inducted because some knobhead who doesn't know what rock music is thinks he should be there.

I do.

I don't give a crap about the Hall per say, simply based on some of the members in there and some who are not, as well as the voting panel, but I do care, because unless they're in, I honestly don't feel they'll ever get the true recognition they deserve as being one of the great rock bands of all time.

They are not an influential act and I always thought they shouldn't be there.

But considering Gn'R and RHCP were inducted, I lost respect for the Hall of Fame.

Bon Jovi influenced a slew of bands in the late 80's. Well, at least they influenced every record company to sign every single band that sounded like a wannabe Bon Jovi...
