this thread seems to re-emerge every few months but nm...
saying "wouldnt they be better if combined" is kind of pointless because we could that for every single bon jovi album, everyone has tracks they dont partcularly like, this mix and match approach if always done in this case because crush/bounce are of similar vein and not particularly good...
OWN and Joey are both pretty lame, the former basically a hair metal plastiche (and a bad one at that, slightly improved with the 2001 version) and all "joey" does is highlight the berth between the songwriting of jon and bruce springsteen, lyrically its laughable at times.
