And I agree about how the O2-thing spoils it a bit. They finally seem to be able to deliver a quality record yet **** it up again over money issues.

I am not one of these. My point is that the system was already a mess with prices, with the scalpers, but then you add in TM doing auctions and packages, amex doing packages, and presales, really big mess. And now the band itself is offering 2 front row(only way to get them that I know of) for $3500 and even lowest in circle yesterday was suppose to be $350, you got a really big mess.

I just feel that the band(Jon) has the ability to stop this nonsense, cause others have. But instead of doing that, they got into the game. It is not cool to write songs about the working man, and then charge that much for a darn ticket.

At this point I don't see any virtue in will power. I ordered mine and it will be here soon. I'm just happy that it's so good. I have some quibbles with it but overall I really like it.

No, why would they? They would have maybe maybe done it if they were 200 % sure it will be great. Someone in store got it and just ripped it.

Hmmm, whilst that is true to a degree I can guarantee that Bon Jovi (And JBJ specifically) get a lot more than 5 cents per cd sold!

U2 get 1.50 per album although I'm told that is an excpetional rate-no way BJ are getting as little as 5 cents. Semi-educated/informed guess would be around $1 per album.

I can't imagine Jon using the album as a strategy to calm the clamour over tickets. It doesn't fit, I think it's more likely someone working in a German HMV got their hands on it and put it in the internet.
