That would be so cool to open the door and find out that Richie & Heather were your neighbors. Of course that would never happen to me! I can't even afford the annual taxes on houses like that!

heh, yeah i think they brought some of his pasta round, cos their agent said dont bother them...nuts really. i dont care who it is, i would greet the new neighbours
