Im only a year younger than you, so you are just the right age, you can remember the old stuff and still be ready and open for the new stuff.

Did you see the article on the group of 80 + yr old BJ grannies that go to their concerts. We have ages yet before BJ can rock all our wrinkles

Wish there was a way of putting this jury idea to BSWJBJ or BJ.com and get all the board fans to vote.

Isn't the Backstage message board restricted to members only? If so, it would be better if they had a jury on bonjovi.com so everyone can participate. Besides, from what I've heard on this board, a lot of Backstagers are more into Jon than the music.

It would be rubbish, as the fans who would be selected would be the "I love everything Jon does"...... notice the lack of reference to the BAND.

People like me wouldn't be allowed anywhere near it.... as I'd choose a non commercial rock album that wouldn't sell well, but that would rock!

I'm guessing also that with the "die hard" fans from Back Stage who would no doubt be the jury it would go like....

It would just end up being another crappy album, but when anybody complains, we'd be told, 'it was the fans who chose it'......


Also, I think what we need is a pizza parour band to write a rock album for them, and then they play the songs we write.... Baggsy hammond/keyboards (David would finnaly have somethign good to do).

Unfortunately I think you are right Mike and the kissing butt fans would win and say yes to anything, like I feel they did over the naming of Bounce. Most Jovi fans I know didnt vote for Bounce, but it still got its name.

I don't think it was the fans who decided the title "bounce", it was allready decided, they just let us vote so that we can feel important (or something like that!)

And mike, you are right (how unusual, ) ! I can only see one solution to our problem, bring back bob rock!! (I think he would bring bon jovi back to their orginal sound.)
