They should NOT use their fans for this.

They are no longer a young band eager to make it whatever it takes. They should put on a record whatever THEY think should be there. Mistake or not.

The fans make or break a band. They know that. They needed the fans to start with and they need them just the same now. No band should ever get to big to not need their fans imput.

SEX SELLS was an old title choice, not for Bounce.

The Bounce choices were, ONE, WON, BOUNCE, or you could write your own. Most people I know wrote their own. But Bounce stayed so I guess I musnt know enough Jovi fans!!!!!!!!!

What about their artistic vision?

They are artists. Their records are their atristic statements.

We, as fans, sure have input. They make a record, we say something like "You know we don't like your new sound." And when they make their next record, they may, or may not, consider our opinion.

It's all about THEIR vision of rock. If we tell them songs to include we interrapt their artistic vision. It's okay when a band is young due to their inexperience. But it's not okay for seasoned bands. They should know themselves what they want from their records.
