You know what? I happened to come across a copy of it last summer (killing time at the mall with my kids!) and I haven't actually listened to it yet! Got busy...as life happens to do and forgot all about it.

I'll have to go dig it out and give it a play!

My favourites are Stringin' A Line and Talkin' In Your Sleep. Only problem with Stringin' is the way Jon sings some of the words quickly to fit them into the line.

I know what you mean, especially this line:

Says he's been thinking about old times, and looking at your picture on the wall

It shows he has talent but most of the songs lack something IMO.

Yeah that's the main one I notice. Does my head in! But the rest of the song just about makes up for it.

I bought the 20 track version about 5 years ago in HMV really cheap, £3.99 I think. My opinions pretty much the same as everyone elses. It's ok, some good songs there, lots of Springsteen influences on there and a good indication of what was to come.

This is the version I have...

1. Who Said It Would Last Forever
2. Open Your Heart
3. Stringin' A Line
4. Don't Leave Me Tonight
5. More Than We Bargained For
6. For You
7. Hollywood Dreams
8. All Talk No Action
9. Don't Keep Me Wondering
10. Head Over Heels
11. No One Does It Like You
12. What You Want
13. Don't You Believe Him
14. Talkin' In Your Sleep
15. Bobby's Girl
16. Gimme Some Lovin' Charlene
17. Don't Do That To Me Anymore
18. This Woman Is Dangerous
19. Maybe Tomorrow
20. Runaway

There is no additional artwork or album notes, just the tracklist and details.

There's also a song lurking around the net called Heartbreak Eyes. I have a very poor quality mp3 of it which I downloaded not long after buying this CD. Not sure if it's on an album at all.

I say buy it even if your only the slightest bit curious. You may be surprised.

I've decided to put it on now actually.

Runaway?

That who said it would last forever is a good song, the album is great for a bit of a fast 80's rock fix, not much substance though

I think it was back in the days of WinMX, where you could find just about ANYTHING. I have it on my comp still. PM me you e-mail add or add me on MSN/Windows Live.
