Well no, I'm not 100% sure but given the lengthy interview Richie gave around the Crush Tour discussing his gear, he definitely only used DSL 100s from the 2000 period onwards and you can also clearly see from the photographs Matrix15 posted that the head amps in the background are DSLs as the TSLs feature two rows of controls not just one.

I haven't really delved into his 80s gear that much so you may be right about his amps up until the early 90s. I also recall in that Crush interview he may have mentioned using a Vox Wah but I could be mistaken.
