Most of my friends are OK with Bon Jovi. There are a few people who give me crap sometimes, but I really don't care. I'm proud to be a Jovi fan and if they don't like them...well, that's their loss. LOL. It doesn't embarrass me in the least. It's what I like.

I get put down for listening to Jovi a lot, but I really don't care. Most of the people who put down BJ put down most good rock bands (aka the Rolling Stones, The Doors, AC/DC, Pink Floyd...) and all they listen to is hip hop and pop . I sorta got sick of taking insults from people who don't understand what "good music" is.

This guy does my head in. I have listened to bon jovi since I was 13 which is 17 years ago. Yes I have heard some serious crap that they have put out. Why are you on here ?? seriously ? I have watched this board for a long time and yet you are and afew others are constantly putting them down. I have had the piss taken out of me since I was 13 and still do. I am probably the only one in my area of England who owns a Richie Sambora guitar ( Fender for Ice !!) has bought all his stuff on his website. I always say that Bon Jovi as a band write things I can relate to. I listen to a hell of a lot more than that , Metallica ( yeah, they sold out last album) but really can you remember bands as Saraya, Faster pussycat, Tesla, Quireboys all the bands when rock was really mainstream ??

Lets not forget Thin Lizzy, Led Zepplin, Jimi Hendrix, Cream, Beatles all the people who started rock off. Take your Aloha and shove it up up your arse. Im out like Alec John Such's career!!!!

I fight fire with fire and tell them that Bon Jovi actually wrote and played their songs rather than the manufactured pop and dance that are aorund today. I hate people who like their manufactered pop, and don't know what music, and then have the cheak to call Bon Jovi shit. There's also the fact that Bon Jovi have sold 100 million albums which is 90 million more than anyone around today. Can't exactly see Westlife or Justin being around in 20 years time.
