Just got Bon Jovis Drift Away, its great, Richie gets to sing also and the crowd, can anyone tell me more aboutt his and where it was recorded.

could be any one of a number of dates. i'm guessing it's milton keynes 1993 which was broadcast one radio 1. if not, then maybe cincinatti (i think) 1987.

They played it alot on the 96 Tour. Its my fave cover version cos it was played at my first Jovi gig at Manchester on that tour. Yeah it works well as a duet between J and R, also the crowd join in at the end which sounds great.

Brilliant song! The only version I know is the Cincinnati 1987 one...

...the Michael Bolton version is by far THE worst...

still not heard the bon jovi version but the dobie gray original is fantastic.
