Dry County Live Lyrics

Hey, I need some help with the lyrics regarding what Jon is saying during the break in the middle of the song on the live version we all have that was officially released. I know it's been asked before but apparently there is no "search" option on the forum anymore (or maybe there never was.)

Please, no responses saying "just go listen to it" there is a good reason for asking. Thanks in advance!
