jeez man.. just because they are our favourite band doesn't mean we all have to like ALL of their music. I for one believe they havent been the same since These Days but thats not to say I think they have been crap ever since they made their comeback. You get this kind of thing on all sites. I am a fan of Leicester City FC here in the UK and go on a forum for the football team and you get fans on there saying 'oh man so and so should have played' and 'how crap were we at today's game?' etc etc. The whole point of joining a board like this is to discuss with fellow fans is it not?

I don't understand the arguing that goes on here but I'd rather stick with a board that has arguments rather than a place where everyone is positive and true opinions aren't expressed.

I'm one of the "negative" group who think that Bon Jovi are a shadow of the band they use to be. I know that angers a lot of people here but that's just how I feel about it. Bon Jovi used to be the best band in the world, had the best songs, the best musicians, and the greatest vocalist in my opinion.

Now of course the same people are still standing up on stage singing and playing, and giving us new material all the time, for which I'm very very grateful because even if I might not like a lot of songs since Crush, Bon Jovi are STILL way up there compared to a lot of other bands today, and I can still enjoy seeing them live even if I compare them to the awesome band they used to be. I'd love Jon to have his range and power back in his voice, and for the band to write songs with the depth and emotion they used to but I'm not gonna criticise anyone who thinks Bon Jovi's peak hasn't passed.

I'll continue to buy every Bon Jovi album, and no doubt see many gigs. If people think Bon Jovi are just as good, or better than ever now, good for them. I'm glad they're enjoying the music like I am, and this board's a great place to discuss it. Just a shame there's so much arguing because people disagree.

Well, there's room for arguments. HAND better than LOAP? Who Says better than Wanted? Need I say more?

I don't know why you are all complaining, I have been a Bon Jovi fan since 1988 and have all their material, there are songs I don't like and like many I think HAND is a great album, this is the best album since these days and there are great songs on that to play live, Crush was my least favourite but you still listen to it. I also love Bon Jovi and a few songs from 7800 which nobody seems to mention(or there a lost of you who are to young to know that!!)I love Jovi and will never stop seeing them play live although a lot of you find them boring, I would rather listen to them playing live for over 2 hours instead of all these bands who do at least several costume changes and you only get about an hours worth of music. I know for one I will go and see Jovi up until they decide to pack it in, look at bands like the stones, still touring and they will play mostly old stuff because they know that is what people want to hear and enjoy. That is my answer. hope you like it, speak soon
