When you guys see obviously fake items like this Blue CD or questionable items like the "Bon Jovi Blue Christmas" fake promo that was on Ebay around X-mas, copy the URL of the item from the Ebay site and send it to the Info HQ folks. They might not answer every "is this fake or legit" query but at least you'd know they know about it too and can take the appropriate measures to get the item(s) in question deleted from Ebay.

I think Anu is right. If you want to do something against these people you should tell BJHQ about it. They work for the record company and know what to do.
