Got this out of February's Sain Magazine (distributed by Sanity Records in Australia):
"Richie Sambora" was charged with fraud amounting to $1.72 million and allegedly dishonestly obtaining $20 million in Adelaide Magistrates Court. Or rather it was Romeo Tony Pacifico who used the Bon Jovi guitarist's name as one of his pseudonyms while allegedly attempting fraud of various banking institutions.
WHAT A LOSER!
