Fast Cars?

For me personally, Room At The End of the World, I'm With You, What's Left of Me, That's What The Water Made Me, Because We Can, With These Two Hands, Old Habits Die Hard, Not Running Anymore and every song off Burning Bridges is better than Fast Cars.

But I'm glad you guys like it - it's certainly not terrible in my books. Live Before You Die, however... :s

The song is alright, the weakest song on The Circle, but better than EVERYTHING that came after? Absolute crazy talk friend!

I like the song, it's not my favourite from The Circle but it's not the worst (+1 on Live Before You Die as mentioned above).

I think We Don't Run is the best song the band's released since HAND.

I just really like the song. Nothing on What About Now or Burning Bridges have had any staying power with me. I like the feel of Fast Cars a lot, and I do like the lyrics, regardless of how corny they may be. There are many better songs on The Circle, but Fast Cars is just a great track that is often overlooked.

I don't hate it by any means, but I would rank so many more songs above it. In fact it's probably my second or third least favourite track from TC (again - I dont hate it though).

No, lots of What About Now songs like Pictures of You or Room are way better than that crap. Burning Bridges closes the deal, most of that album is better than this.

Fast Cars is awful IMO.

I don't think that this song is that too bad..but certainly, there's a lot that came after this that are much better.

for me, "that's what the water made me" is the best song since "Memory".
