My favourate album is also Keep The Faith. I think it has something for every mood that I go through. I'm really gutted that I got the remastered version without Save A Prayer. I really like that song, and I think they ruined the album a little with including the Live Keep The Faith video. I love the ballad I want You, because it explains my feelings for a girl at the moment, and I wish I was capable of writing something similar. Dry County, I believe and A Little Bit Of Soul are classics, and great to chill out to. Keep The Faith, In These Arms and Bed Of Roses are also great, and I love the heaviness of Woman In Love, Fear and Blame It On The Love Of R 'N' R. I think Jon would struggle these days in trying to match the blend of shout, and tenderness in his voice for those 3 tracks. I would say that Bon Jovi hit their peak with Keep The Faith and These Days, and the period in between. A great Era.
I have many favourate songs, and can't narrow it down to more than about 4. Below are the songs and the reasons.
Bad Medicine - I have never experienced being addicted to love because I have never properly been in love, but I can imagine what it is like, and this is a great song, both musically, and for it's meaning.
I Want You - I really like a girl at the moment, and can't really find a good way to ask her out, or even find out if she likes me. I would love to be able to perform a song like this for her, but it wouldn't be the same if I hadn't wrote it. It's a great ballad and has become one of my favourates of late.
If That's What It Takes - Similar to I want you, it expresses my feelings for a girl I work with at the moment. I wouldn't sing it to her, but I really would do pretty much anything for her.
It's My Life - This will always be one of my favourates because it's the song that first attracted me to Bon Jovi. Whenever I hear it, it brings back memories of me first getting Crush and then slowly building my Bon Jovi collection.
Those are my favourate songs at the moment, but they are always changing, and I'll grow into another song, and go off another. This is a good topic, glad I saw it.
