Man it's impossible to split Jon and Richie. I'd feel guilty not voting for one of em!

If people don't get the song then they're stupid, and if people think he's telling them to **** off then they're morons. And I mean that in the least offensive way possible.

I would say Jon closely followed by Tico. I admire Jons business skills, I have read quite a few articles that comment on what a great business man he is and how hard he works for the band. Mainly I chose Jon though for his song writing. Something I noticed long ago was that if I go through my old Jovi CD's all my favourite songs are the ones written by Jon.

I think they all complete each other !

Jon without Richie is to arrogant.

Richie without Jon is to insane.

David is to educated without Tico's cool

Hugh .... who !

Even though I love Tico and play the drums Richie still gets my vote.

He gives the band soul and depth, and he seems to be a nice guy with it.

I chose Jon. It was his voice that first made me sit up and take notice. I agree with Deb, I think he is articulated and well balanced. I love his intensity even way back from the start you could always see he was more than just a 80s glamour boy. He was the one taking notes about the business whilst others partied on. Not that he didn't party.. he just took interest in the serious side of things. I love his charisma, I love his moodiness which I think is more taking on all the business aspects and dealing with all the bands crisis more than being cranky.

But in saying that I think as a team they work so well together. I think combined Richie and Jon bring the light and shade to the equation. Dave and Tico are just cool dudes.

Yeah, like when he was 20.

And not many had a Doc McGhee so that Jon felt better to do the job all by himself.

And you clearly put it like well spoken means telling the truth and never contradict oneself in 25 years. Like Deb showed he is very well spoken.
