Favourite Bon Jovi song

Has to be a tie between Dry County and These days

One Wild Night, just because its so wild obviously.

It's the best mix of new and old the band has ever come up with, instead of trying to clone IML for the last 10 years, they should have been trying to clone this song.

It's a shame this song is not played live or on the greatest hits which is why I will not touch the Greatest Hits when it comes out.

While Wanted is still my favorite Bon Jovi song lyrically, my favorite songs musically are the ones where Richie, Dave and Tico are trying to beat the crap out of each other--Homebound Train being the very best example. And from Prayer to Keep The Faith to It's My Life to We Weren't Born To Follow, Bon Jovi has always had a knack for telling what I needed to hear at times in my life when I needed to hear them most.

This topic comes up every now and then, while my faourite stays the same for 15 years now:

Bed Of Roses. Best lyrics, powerful music.

I could add a long list of other favourite songs, some are very obvious, like "Blood On Blood", "Dry County", but my personal top 5 consists of:

Hey God
One Wild Night
Novocaine
Make A Memory

And special mentions as a (not so) secret favourite go to "Complicated".

I find it odd that the majority are post 2000. Yet everyone here complains about them

Great list - I love Novocaine it is one of my favouriites. Thought I was the only one who liked it.

Hard to say...I love Dry County because i think its the hardest the band has ever tried on a song, they actually tried something different to their norm on that song so i respect that.

But i think ,right now anyway, As my guitar lies bleeding in my arms, is my overall fav. Just a great song. I love how it starts off like a ballad, and just builds through out the song, until the climax is reached. The lyrics are also interesting, and not the usual 'Everything is gonna be alright' lyrics that bon jovi have become known for
