Default Five O'Clock somewhere....

I did search for this, but nothing came up??

I keep hearing this Jimmy Buffetcar Song "five o'clock somewhere" and, er, it sounds E X A C T L Y the same as Who Says.

Who has ripped who off?!

According to wikipedia, Buffetcar released this in 2003.

But I don't think they are E X A C T L Y the same! ok, they are similar in some ways, but if you didn't told me, I wouldn't noticed that!

Two lines in the chorus sound similar-ish, but I probably wouldn't have noticed it unprompted.

I've heard the Alan Jackson/Jimmy Buffet song about a thousand times and I've never thought it sounded like Who Says or that Who Says sounded like it.
