On the one hand that means Jon will get the "respect" for his music rather than looks but c'mon- you gotta have the looks. Theres a reason Madonna has sold 145million albums and its not talent. So this is my question, will Bon Jovi attract half the fans with Jon looking less than half attractive?

I hope the ticket went to someone who apreciates their work and isn't just going because she thinks Jon's looking good. And the one who gave away the ticket maybe should look at a photo, it's cheaper and don't take away the spot in the Golden Circle of someone who goes because of the music.
You don't need to look good to become or stay successful. Just look at Bono or Michael Stipe. Both for sure a not really good looking but still very successful. REM got the highest record deal a band ever got once and remember how fast the tickets for U2 were sold out.
