Well I was on holiday at the time was was watching them flip between the various shows while sat in a bar but on the one I saw they showed Livin' On A Prayer and It's My Life I think, and I suppose they must have shown all 3 of those in the US at least because I got a DVD of it from the PIF here

The bbc showed almost the entire American gig later that evening once Hyde park coverage had ended. I remember watching Prayer and HAND at least.

JBJ - I believe

"Sambora's face is a mask of joyous disbelief, as if previously unaware of his ability to play the instrument at all. Reaching the last fistful of notes, he does a fair impression of a man who is actually ejaculating into his jet black flares."

I'd expect that the BBC would use the interactive services so you could choose which of the shows you wanted to watch.

I'm fairly positive they didn't show HAND on the BBC coverage, I remember taping it and being very disappointed the next day

Lost Highway's should be out by then, so they might play one song off it ... they're unlikely to play for more than 30 mins maximum though, so possibly not

When the beeb showed the philly concert after hyde park they only showed Prayer and IML but they also showed the philly concert live on their interactive serivce and obviously showed all three songs.

I'm sure they will play whatever song is out at that time from LH.

Well of course the main show aired in any given country will be the one from that country, they can't air a dozen of them live on one channel at once, but the interactive services will probably allow you to select one specific show to watch.

I was at Live 8 and I'm glad I went. The television coverage in the US was abysmal to say the least, just loaded with commrcials. MTV/VH1 took quite the beating over it from the public.
