Personally, I think this is a fantastic song. I don't know what album it was actually written for, but IMO, it could have made any BJ album, simple as that. It's an excellent rock song that is fun to listen too, with a great solo in it from Richie and Jon's vocals are great. Especially this version from Wembley:
