Grammy Nomination

And if we go in this direction, Unwell is also rather simple. So is Misunderstood. So is No Doubt song. Stacy's mom is at least fun. No Doubt song was kinda fun too though. But not as much as Stacy's mom. :P

No, I really think that she could have. How much effort does it really take to write down Stacy's mom has got it going on about fifteen times in a row? At least the other songs have a few different lyrics.

I am sorry, I hate it, despise it and wish it would die a horrible death. :P

Well, it got other lyrics too. Something about waiting for so long. What else? She is all he's ever wanted, blah, blah ... Isn't it fun? :P

I understand your feelings though. Because I have such feelings towards MB20(Whoops!). I just want them to go away. You see I believe that bands like MB20 is the reason bands like Bon Jovi have had to go more pop than they would normally go. So, now we have Crush instead of KTF. And MB20 (and such) is to blame

And the worst part of it all is that its for the POP catagory ...

At that point, people just thought of them as an old 80's hair band, and therefore did not take them seriously.

Not that they are taken seriously now either, but they have shown staying power throughout the years.

I think that would have happened regardless.

Actually no one in this category is "pop" if you mean the Timberlake/Aguilera/Spears variety of pop. This is pop as it used to be which is a good thing- Eagles, MB 20, No Doubt, Bon Jovi, and Fountains of Wayne are really all rock and roll bands. Beatles were pop too but they are icons of rock and roll. Pop just means popular. The rock category for the Grammys seems to encompass heavier groups and classic rockers like Warren Zevon. I find all of these categories kind of strange anyway. But I am just happy for the nomination even if it is for Misunderstood rather than something from the past more deserving- a Grammy for a band that has sold the number of albums they have is long overdue. BTW, don't expect them to be there though- 2/8 is the first Philly Soul game. Maybe other members can accept the award or they can have Jonand Richie accept the award via satellite from Philly if they win.

LOL well thats backwards logic for ya!!!! MB20 dont force anyone to go anyway.. Bon Jovi choose to do what they do. MB20 are amazing anyways.. I think they will win and deservedly so!!!! Unwell rawwks!!
