I think MAM deserved something but not the album. I'm glad LH didn't win anything as it would have been more justification for them carrying on with 'Country'.

I don't know how Maroon 5 or Amy Winehouse beat out BJ. They deserved it more than them. I'm so glad they didn't let her enter the country. She'd rather stay on crack than go to rehab. At least Richie had more sense than her. BJ's album and MAM were way better than theirs. The show was crap like I thougt it would be. That's why BJ don't bother going.

I don't have her album but I don't mind a bit of Amy Winehouse, and I'm pretty sure I remember Jon saying in an interview that he'd been listening to her stuff. But why did she win best new artist when Back to Black is her 2nd album?
