The title is "Back to Renesse" and Renesse is a city in Holland. I don't know the lyrics of the whole song, but I think it is just the melody with different lyrics.

I've heard it a long time ago, it isn't that bad actually. The Dutch lyrics fit the music very well, they don't screw up the atmosphere the song is breathing.
