whatever it is, I be grateful for hear new music, but I would like to option 2.
Can't repeat this producer to infinity. I think 6 albums are sufficient.

On the contrary, he has still to prove that his tour can be #1 in gross revenues -which is part of his vision as well. But 2017 will be tough for him since U2 and Springsteen will be touring as well.

But unlike the 2 others they're no contenders.

Springsteen won't have a world tour in 2017. Some shows in Australia maybe but nothing else as far as I'm aware.

Yes he can, and he will, get over it. Shanks has co-written so many stuff over the last records, played parts on BB and THINFS at least (I'm sure he did on WAN for the most part as well, and probably even some parts here and there prior to that), and Jon obviously likes his sound and to work with him. Why change? You or we may not like the result, but it's not gonna change, believe me...

Wink

Maybe Richie could come back to the band only for a special show or something like that. I think he is very happy playing with Orianthi.

+1. Jon won't live his comfort zone unless he's obliged to for one reason or another. If the THINFS album and tour are very successful he won't change the formula, why would he?

its not truly bj without richie, i ve read many comments that both jon and richie are happy with their present status, jon cant sing very well and richies playind declined as well. i ve came to terms with the current bj, i m looking forward to the new album but all the songs and shows that made me a fanatic richie was there, an integral part of bj.
