I’m going to try to get my satellite provider to give me a trial of HBO for May. I have absolutely no interest in subscribing.

It airs on May 5th on HBO, not May 9th.

There could be a pre-show/ pre-red carpet thing maybe.

Hope somebody can clarify so we don't sit our butts in front of the computer for hours

Edit: The HOF FB also has the event start at 5.30pm ET which is approx 5hrs from now (I also see the 5 hours from now as it's set to show my time): https://www.facebook.com/events/171270630334271/

That's just the live stream from the red carpet, not the ceremony.
