The only Crue songs that I like are Too Young To Fall In Love, Wild Side, and Hell on High Heels. Other than that I have a hard time getting int othey're stuff.

Bands like Bon Jovi, Twisted Sister, Skid Row, Cinderella etc. I can listen to any of their albums and like all of it (with one or two exceptions...I mean She's A Mystery isn't just a bad dream) Apart from that horrible song, I love Crush.

That's filler.

All my opinion of course.
Your opinion of course but Heart's Breaking Even? If That's What It Takes?
I love those songs, IMO Diamond Ring is the TD fillers. Still decent though

Definitely "my" record of the year. Collectively there are more songs on HAND that I like then any other record I bought in 2005.

Well said Deb! I liked it even better after the concert...but I find that to be typical of all of my concert experiences. Nothing like hearing the music live.

99 in the Shade - .......hahahahahahaha, what are you smokin?

Woman in Love - Kick*** song, and could have been replaced by many great tracks.

That's filler.

All my opinion of course.

I can say exactly the same about the 2 These Days songs. Point is, you have to give arguments. If your whole argument is "could have been replaced" I can name a few These Day demos like GOod Guys Don't Always Wear White, Prostitute, The End or the updated version of Let's Make it Baby and the story is over. But we are discussing about actual albums not about "could have been" albums."

Still, Hearts Breaking Even and If That's What it Takes are great songs. Good lyrics for both of them and nice melodies. The bridge before the chorus in If That's What It Takes is brillant and also the drum track. Hearts Breaking Even has this little Aerosmith feel which simply sounds good. And also, the whole record feels like a unity, none of the songs on These Days feels out of place - that's not the case with any other bon Jovi records where you always find a few songs which simply add nothing to the balance of the album.

I would say THESE DAYS is the only filler-free record. It actually, should be FILLED with BITTER WINE and ALL I WANT IS EVERYTHING!
Again, opinion. I like all 3 of those songs.
