Fair enough. However, from the organisers' perspective, it's not too expensively priced. They have to cover the costs with just 300 people, when in concerts you cover the costs from the tickets of thousands of people.

I'm certainly not rich, and it is a lot of money for me (although hubby is paying for it as a present ). Personally, it's about priorities, and I chose this over a weekend away somewhere nice, which I can't now have this year, and which I've wanted for a long time. This just took precedence over that.

Outdoors concert in London in April. Brrrrrrr. I get cold just thinking about it.

Anyway I think that the events before the final cup will be at half capacity or something, so I think that the first full capacity concert will be after the final.

Brixton Academy holds just under 5000 people, it's not suitable for such an event. If the whole band were playing a gig, yep, but for an intimate QnA, I don't think so.

The people who run the fan club probably wouldn't know that/trust that. The Hard Rock Cafe/Hotel/Casino is an international chain with a certain reputation.

To many who post here and also went to Hull, that show got as much attention as the best shows of the tour, simply because to them it was so bad. If it left such a bad taste in their mouths and it was something that really bugged them, then they should at least feel that they have the right to ask. It's not a question about any of the band members' families or anything, so it shouldn't be taboo.

Personally, I would rather ask another question, such as the Wembley one, but I was just making the point that if people really want to get the Hull thing off their chest, they shouldn't be forbidden from asking it.

I wonder if there will be anything that happens on the night that advises people what kind of questions to ask, like an announecment or something. Heopfully not, but those of you going will find out soon enough! Have fun, all of you, too! With luck, you will get some really cool merchandise or something for making the effort to be there.
