So its worth 300 just to take a personal picture with Jon??????

I'm thinking forth and back. I never joined a fanclub event but 300 Dollars is a lot of money and only Jon will be there. I don't know if it's worth it. Beside that I don't have a ticket for the Hall of fame because ticketbastard only ships to UK and Ireland. I don't know what to do.

No, that's for sure not. I got my personal photo for free and only he and me on the photo, not with 20 other people.

Becky, that's the reason why I'm still thinking. What if Richie comes unannounced?

It was worth $200* to hear an acoustic performance, meet him, and have a picture made. They also gave us over $100 worth of merchadise in a goodie bag. They typically promise less than you actually get when they make the announcements. When I went to the one I attended, there was no promise of a performance or meeting with Jon. They said he would appear and that was it. The details were very sketchy.

*I think the cost was $200 per ticket for that event.

That's true. At the first Elements-thing it even wasn't announced at all that someone from the band would show up and Jon came.

Exactly. They're not going to make promises they can't keep. People will show up either way. No one can tell anyone else if the trip is "worth" the price. It depends on each individual's financial situation and how much money they can spend on entertainment.

Actually my Dad paid for it along with the airfare. Both were "graduating from college summa cum laude" gifts. I got to visit NJ, meet several girls I had been pen-pals with for years, and attend a fan club event. But it's a lot easier to spend Daddy's money than your own. LOL I wouldn't have paid the cost for Elements last year and there's no way I'd attend this one either. IF I lived in England, yeah, I'd go, but I wouldn't travel for it.

The London Hard Rock really isn't that big

It'll be 2-300 people tops
