Has anyone ever met the band?

I haven't met the band but I touched Jons hand at Donington and got crushed

Best day of my life. He was lovely (and he's just as gorgeous in person!) I even got a kiss from him. And...the other stuff I'll tell you later.

I did, very short in Landgraaf '96. Richie & Dave were very cool. Jon was being a dick. He prob was tired but he still was a real asshole....

never met the guys. was front row at st mary's '06 and jon leant down in front of me during In These Arms, which was pretty cool.

i guess i'd love to meet them but i'd be nervous about chatting to jon - i've heard mixed stories about him, guess it depends what kinda mood he's in that day. i'd love to meet richie - he always comes across as a top guy who has lots of time for his fans.

I'd absolutely love to meet the guys! It would seriously be the best day of my life if i ever did!!

I've met Jon lots of times and he has always been very cool and gracious.
I've met Richie and David a few times and they have always been smiling and happy and funny. Only met Tico a couple of times, he's pretty quiet but dead cool!
Hugh is also a bit quiet but also very cool and funny.
I met Alec too once, at the Camden show in the States when he suprisingly showed up there and played with the band back in 2001! It was a couple of nights before the Giants show so I guess they wanted to rehearse a little before the main event.
I only managed to say Hi to him as I was in a state of shock at the time. LOL

The whole band are really great guys and love meeting their fans. As long are you are not too imposing and in their face, they will be friendly to you. I would not ever impose on them if they were in a restaurant or in their hotel, that is their personal time of course.
I've seen fans that demand autographs and pictures many times, they are not happy with just one, they keep going back for more. Of course the guys are gonna get a bit pissed off with that!
