Yes thank you soo much for askin!! My heart survived just fine the excitement from Coventry! (I think ... i actually have to go back to the BROMPTON Heart Hospital - London - in just a few weeks time for a check up as i have a heart pacemaker since i was just 11 as well and it needs regular testing). All them Bon Jovi gigs has very likely used up most of its battery now i should think *giggles*

Its funny you should ask cos Jon's lovely very kind brother Tony took me aside literally minutes before he took me on stage and said : just promise me whatever happens out there that you'll stay calm? --- so i think they too were a bit concerned bout my little naughty heart! At the time i pouted and said "yes of course!" and wondered why i was being singled out and as i thought at the time "told off" but i see now it wasn't like that at all *red face* and Tony and I had a lovely chat about it all on the Sat when i was at Twixs and he texted to tell Jon i was there and then he told the guards :Put her at the front; makes sure she's at the front. Jon wants her at the front!!!! " i was just amazed at his kindness to me

I honestly had no idea Jon was gonna give me that amazing present at Coventry though What a HERO he is !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A rockstar, a gentleman and a hero!

That is what he is to me; always

I agree your right in that AEG were unbelievable in saying no to that request -- even the events promotr in the USA said she could not understand it or even believe it! BUT looks like Jon didn't think much of that decision to over rule him either

He clearly cares bout me And i am so happy he knows what he means to me ! Even if the whole world knows i said I LOVE YOU to Jon Bon Jovi and totally embarassed myself for like forever !!!!

Default Yes I Met Them Too Years Ago Though.

Hello Im new here and I am trying to find some information on Bon Jovi from 1983.

I met and partied with the boys during their first ever visit to London in 83 - end of I think (I was 1. They were staying at the hotel where I worked (Brown's Hotel). A long story short; I didn't remember much of that night at Dover Street Winebar (live R & B, Jazz), just snippets which, when I saw Bon Jovi running about on TV about some 16 months later to Living on A Prayer had me doubting it was the same guys. They just didn't look like the same people; their hair was darker for a start I'm sure. They were "moved" from the hotel the next morning. Girls were fired, girls resigned... there should have been gossip for months but strangely it was all hushed up and I had pretty much forgotten about it until recently when I read an article in Q Magazine and there was a pic of them from 1984. Something sort of "snapped" and the memories of that night have flooded back; and I know know why I didn't go back to their room for the harem party.

I am not going into details, that would serve no point and I'm sure there was enough gossip and tales from that era anyway, it's just this "newly released info" has shocked the bejeezus outta me and for my for personal clarification and sanity I am looking for information about them for the time they were in London. Any advice on sites, books etc would be brilliant. This is a genuine request... thank you.
