I'm sure the degree of Jon's mulletness is directionally proportional to his artistic output, just like Tico with short hair looks more badass and so hits the drums harder. This is all scientifically proven people.

There is an obvious "harvest" scar on the back of his head from a transplant. (that horizontal white line by his hand) I don't know if he's had anything done on the front but he's had the back top done because there have been very obvious bald spots over the years that seem to disappear. I don't know if he's had more than one transplant or what, I think there have been hair pieces or extensions over the years also. During the 10 shows at the Prudential Center in 2007 there was a big bald spot on the back (bad timing on having seats behind the stage Jon) but when they started the Canadian run a month later the bald spot was gone. Well, a transplant doesn't happen that fast.

Pretty sure Tico has had a transplant too.

Anyway, I find this thread on Jon's looks rather amusing especially since it's mostly males responding.

It's possible. To be honest, I never really paid that close attention to whether Jon had a bald spot on his crown in the mid/late 90's. Any videos where it was obvious? I guess it was possible that he had a transplant done around the time of U571 when he had his hair cut short. The transplant must have been confined to the crown because his hairline is definitely zipping back at a good speed at the moment.

It seems like that as many times as Jon has sung in the pouring rain, any bald spot would be more noticeable in those clips/photos. Hair styling can cover up thinning hair, pouring rain (or sweat) undoes all the styling.

Jon's done something to his hair. I saw him on the DA tour and he had a shiny bald spot going.

Richie, I don't know what to say. Perhaps if he started shopping for his clothes in the Men's section, he wouldn't look so bad.

he could do with loosing a few pounds as well, the leather shirt he was wearing at the sandy concert was looking a bit tight!!

I reckon richie also had hair implanted. A few years back he was also really losing it, but maybe it was just his diet of alcohol and alcohol.

Jon has obviously whitened those teeth and definitely had hair plugs. But why not? He looks great for his age and has stopped short of the botox and plastic surgery route which typically turns celebs into freak shows.
