Is the demo ver. of HAND commercially available at all? Ive only heard it once and would like to have a copy

No, no demos or earlier versions of songs from the HAND sessions were commercially released. Only leaked.

the only demo songs I have of HAND are Nothing, These Open Arms, Dirty Little Secret, Unbreakable, and Bells Of Freedom

I wonder why they never got a proper release, sure would've made the single more interesting than live songs.

I've heard the demo-
there are "funny parts" there- when jon sings a quite part almost acapella
it's mostly the same- the same lyrics just moved around
but- I have to day that the choures of the demo- "sticks" to me more
