i think it seems quite funny that he was sentenced to jail all that time back and yet has been seen at numerous concerts etc.....unless it was a suspended sentence i can't see any other way?

I even don't know at the moment if this would be illegal here in Germany. I think they reduced the age from 16 to 14 or 15 some years ago from when it is not illegal anymore (exept of it's a teacher and student for example, don't know the word in English).

the new "Jugendschutzgesetz" which came out last year clearly states that it is still forbidden for someone over the age of 18 to have sex with someone under 16 years of age

Oh, I thought the age was reduced. Exept of for homosexual relationships. There the age is still higher.

I don't see what's wrong with having sex with someone aged 15 - unless it's rape of course. I mean if she's up for it then why not? Variety is after all the spice of life.
