Hook Me Up!

I really really love this song. Think it is amazing. But does anyone else think that the chorus sounds like the Cult song, She Sells Sanctuary, I think? When Jon sings "come on" I think it sounds just like it. Only the chorus, nothing else.

Just wondered what other folks think, or am I talking out of my behind!!???

Well at the end of the song the band is being hooked up...that's the point you see... all of a sudden they just vanish.

And yes it is a great song, I have it in my head all of the time!

The song is from the view of a young palestinensian who is locked in his house (or something) and tries to get in contact to people via an old radio or walkie talkie or something.

The song ends like this because the guy loose the contact.

It is one of my fav songs on Bounce.

It's one of my favorites too. I've never heard the Cult song, so I have no opinion on any connection between the two. I sure hope they play this song live. It will be so awesome!

My favorite Bounce tune! I've noticed the similarites too, Wendy. You aren't imagining things. Actually the song kinda reminded me of The Cult's "Firewoman" in certain ways! Some songs on Bounce also remind me of tunes by other artists, like Creed and Lenny Kravitz(can't remember which ones right now).
