Default horrible clapping YOKAHAMA 2003 CD'S

i paid like 30 bucks off ebay for the 3cd new yokahama show, i was told it was a "soundboard" recording. i was so excitied!

well i got it in the mail and it is obviously a audience recording and the idiots in the audience are clapping sooo loud, and not even in time, you can barely hear the band sometimes. i find the cd's to be unlistenable.

i constantly scream shut the F up!!! stop clapping! to my cd player.

WHY CANT BON JOVI COPY BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN, at the start of his show he often says "PLEASE DONT CLAP"!!!!! bj copies everything else he does. he needs to copy that.

cool show, somewhat low energy, BUT THE BUTTHEADS IN THE AUDIENCE RUIN IT!!!!

is this the same recording everyone else has? or do you guys have a true sound board recording of this????????

I understand the fact that you paid for a "Soundboard" quality one, and only got the same, audience recorded version as everyone else, but do you really think they'd ask the audience not to clap? There'd be loads more bootleggers, and sure we'd get better shows, but would they have as much excitement.

Just wait for the DVD, it'll probably have a 5.1 soundtrack, and it doesn't get much better than that (OK, DTS or 6.1 is, but 5.1 is still great)

To the topic starter..
You bought the bootleg and thought it was soundboard quality? Then i would be pissed to. But since it is an audiounce bootleg, yeah there is some clapping.
Can you sit still for 2/1/2 hours when BJ is playing, just because others have a better bootleg?Neh don't think so, a BJ show is to have fun. Not to sit still. But still, verry low trick of the guy on ebay to call it soundboard quality

Why should he ask the audience to not clap? Bon Jovi doesn't support bootlegging. And your statement that Bon Jovi copies everything Bruce does is stupid.

As long as it has 5.1, I'll be happy. My DVD Player and surround sound only supports 5.1, no DTS, but I don't care. 5.1 is still great quality, and unless you have more expensive equipment (more than mine, lol), then you probably wouldn't notice much difference between standard 5.1 and DTS.

dts would be sooo much better! it is way better than 5:1

i dont have to sit still at the show, but i sure as hell dont clap like retard
and ruin it for everyone else tryin to enjoy the show,

and how about the moorons who insist on singing out of key at the top of thier lungs? i came to hear the band not you! respect others and shut up!

tell me how bj doesnt copy the boss? where do you think he got all his story tellin ideas back in the old days? ive heard bon jovi copy the exact same lines he says! " are you ready, are you willing, are you able?"
every show he says that, direct rip off. and what about the black takamine? that guitar is bruces only acoustic he has every played.
why does bj play that now, or really for like the last 10 years? cuz it sounds good? wrong that takamine has ruined bj's acoustic tone. takamine is one of the worst sounded guitars ever made! twangy trebely, gutless. awful. he sacrifices the whole sound of the band just to play the same guitar bruce does. i love bj, but this is a fact.

what most of you don't understand is that the time for clapping is at the end of a song...

same for screaming if girls want to do that - just don't do it during the guitar solos or when jon decides to smile

annoys me

i go to concerts to listen to the music not treat it as a karaoke session, a backing track to sing along to but i still enjoy myself

nah i don't agree with you.....he takes inspiration from bruce but certainly doesn't play a takamine bcos bruce does that would be stupid.....it's like saying richie plays gibsons cos of jimmy page.....and bruce is the only storytelling writer?! he lists bruce as an inspiration just like richie lists page....it doesn't mean he copies him
