Default House Of Fire

Hi guyz, I have a question 'bout the song "House Of Fire", which was recorded in 1989 by Alice Cooper. Was it written or co-written by Bon Jovi? I know, that "Hell Is Livin' Without You" was written by Jon, Desmond Child, Alice & Richie.

It's interesting, 'cause I thought the track is an outtake from New Jersey, which was given to Alice, but on Wikipedia there's a note, that HOF was written by Cooper/Jett/Child.

Anyone knows who' s the song' s author?

Child/Jett/Cooper.

Bon Jovi never wrote anything on that song.

Thanks a lot, but then, why the song is signed as "Bon Jovi B-Sides, Demos and Rare Songs"? http://www.drycounty.com/mic/rare.html

And there's another question - Why Bon Jovi (or just Jon) have recorded that one?

Jon and Richie were on AC's "Trash" album for the single of "Hell Is Living Without You"

No one knows for sure. They probably recorded it because they were writing with Desmond Child at the time. OR they could've just recorded it as a demo for Alice. Either way they didn't write the song.

They wrote the song with Alice and Desmond Cooper and Richie plays the solo (a great one BTW) on it.

Jon also sings "backing" vocals on the song "Trash".
