Eh there's a part in the Outtakes/bloopers section where Jon jokingly tells David to stop being so loud and Dave says to the camera "Because we're all 18 year old guys, Just kidding Jon" and for some reason, that part was only shown once and that was the Amsterdam gig. All the other version of it have it ommitted, which I always thought was REALLY weird.
