I have a question too -

Aren't the CDs supposed to contain tracks that weren't officially released ie. songs that never even made it to B-sides?

If so, and each CD has the standard 12-15 tracks or so, why should it cost as much as £60? These are tracks that Bon Jovi didn't deem good enough to put on their major albums but are prepared to release as a compilation for the price you'd expect to pay for a major album?
