You mean one guy who rebuilt Richie's guitar? So one-of-a-kind?
Tough to find a pricing for that one.

The 2004 Re-issue of his Kramer Jerseystar or the current release of his Ovation doubleneck were/are around € 2.000-2.500.
But that's mass production by big brands so it's hard to compare to a one-of-a-kind manufacturing. It also depends on which Fender Strat series the guy used to work on, their pricing range is between € 750 - 2.000. Add material (which shouldn't be too much) + his labor hours.
One-of-a-kind rebuilds that just have to look like the original aren't my cup of tea. There are enough Strats around that come close to Richie's guitars and on Ebay you can find his official Signatures on a regular basis as well.
So I wouldn't pay too much for such a rebuild.
